Your Role

As a Scrum Master, you play a central role in leading and supporting one or more teams in their daily work. You coach teams and team members, create good conditions for collaboration, and help the teams work effectively towards common goals. You collaborate with several teams in various types of radar projects. The role has a clear technical connection, and you thrive in an environment where development - both of people and technology - is the focus.

Your Profile

You are a positive and driven person who enjoys collaborating and building strong, independent teams. You have a coaching approach and a genuine interest in both people and technology. For you, it is important that teams work together, learn from each other, and achieve their goals in a sustainable way.

We would like you to have experience in:

• Having taken a leading role, formal or informal
• Agile development
• Agile methods, such as Scrum and/or SAFe
• Software and/or platform development
• Linux OS

You have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. We also envision that you have a technical education as a foundation.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, involve requirements for certain citizenship.
